The 10-th business plans competition for young entrepreneours
On the 17th of November in Kiev there was a final of the 10-th business plans competition for young entrepreneours. The competition was organized and held by Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport, State Committee of Ukraine on regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and All-Ukrainian Youth Enployment Center.
The competition was represented by 67 works from 24 regions of Ukraine, 8 of which ptoceeded to final, in two nominations: "Manufacturing, service and trade" and «Social project".
For 10 years in a row some 10 000 young Ukrainians took part in this competition, but this year was the first to draw attention of the 6 large Ukrainian banks which acted as partners of this event.
The 1st place in nomination "Manufacturing, service and trade" was given to Gramotenko Oleg (Energy XXII Ltd). The topic of his business-plan was: "Recycling of certaing types of municipal waste". We are proud to note that the consultant of the current project was Ukraine Partnership Bureau.
The Ukraine Partnership Bureau is delighted to point out that the sphere of business did not abolish major accents – reduction of influence to environment, rational use of recourses, usage of local energy sources, and positive influence of the project to social aspects of Kyiv region. For more then a year the Ukraine Partnership Bureau is presenting this projects in different regions of Ukraine, which, as we strongly believe, would affect both ecological and business parts of life.
Worth mentioning, this is not the first award of the project: this year the vision of this project was awarded at «New Nation Intellect» competition, in the «Business ideas»nomination, which was held by International Charity Fund «Ukraine 3000».
The presentation of the master-plan for investment opportunities for municipalities of Ukraine will take place in the framework of international forum «Green Week in Ukraine», in March 2009 in Kiev.
