The 2nd International Forum on Eco-friendly and Energy Efficient Construction e3forum 2011.will be held on February 23-24, 2011, in the International Exhibition Centre (Brovarskoy Ave, 15, Kiev).

Environmental and energy-efficient construction are e3forum 2011 main themes.

e3forum 2011 deals with topical issues of development and management of territories, the problems of innovation and technological movement of society and the construction industry in the direction of creating a comfortable, safe, environmentally and energy efficient environment. It begins a public-private partnership in energy efficient and green building in Central and Eastern Europe.

Organisers of the forum are the Premier Expo company and e3platform, NGO. Forum will be held alongside with the the 15th International exhibition KyivBuild 2011 and Festival of Architecture and Design 2011. It is supported by the German Embassy in Ukraine, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation - GTZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft Technische Zusammenarbeit), the Drees & Sommer company (Germany), Complex Service (Ukraine), USAID Project «Municipal Heating Reform in Ukraine» (MHR), Ukrainian-German Forum Public Association, Ukrainian Building Association (UBA), Ukraine Partnership Bureau, Eco-Stream Project.

e3forum will be interesting to: architects, project companies, real estate developers and operators, investors, suppliers of products and solutions in facade systems, transparent constructions, insulation materials, other construction materials, automation systems, renewable energy systems, HV AC, regulators and authorities, energy managers and energy auditors, installation companies, ESCO-companies.

e3forum 2011 programme:
- Conference, consisting of four panels:
1st panel - urban development and architecture for sustainable development of territories.
2st panel - Energy-saving engineering systems and equipment, building systems and materials accounting and control system, alternative energy sources: experience and benefits.
3st panel - Suburban housing, ecosettlements, autonomous structure, infrastructure, rules of living.
4st panel - Housing, HOAs and other associations of owners of multifamily housing.
- Specialised Exposition implemented energy efficiency and environmental projects.
- e3box, dealing with business meetings, round tables, seminars, sales presentations of the latest construction materials and equipment, presentation of «Energy Saving.«From a citizen to the State» contest, the GreenAwards contest, the days of the Investor, Green marketing, Consumer.
